Bucks Confident In Critical Win
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the visiting Brooklyn Nets, 104-89, in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals at Fiserv Forum on Thursday evening.

After a heart-breaking loss in Game 5, where they fell apart late, the Bucks came out strong in Game 6, and this time maintained their focus for the full 48 minutes to close out the do-or-die contest. The Bucks led, 26-19, after one quarter, and they added another four points to their advantage through the second, to make it an 11-point game by halftime. The Nets came out stronger in the third, but they could not cut into the deficit, as the Bucks hung on to the 11-point lead heading into the final frame. The Bucks did not waiver down the stretch, as they outscored the visitors by four points in the final quarter, in order to close out the home win and force Game 7.

Khris Middleton led the way for the Bucks with 38 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and five steals, in 42 minutes. Giannis Antetokounmpo tallied 30 points, 17 rebounds and three assists, while Jrue Holiday added 21 points, eight rebounds, four assists and four steals. The Bucks shot 45 percent from the field, including 7-of-33 from deep.

Meanwhile, Kevin Durant led the Nets with 32 points, 11 rebounds and three assists, in 40 minutes of action. James Harden followed up with 16 points seven assists, five rebounds and four steals, while Blake Griffin totaled 12 points, six rebounds, two steals and a block. The Nets shot 44 percent from the field, including 9-of-30 from long range.

Game 7 is scheduled for Saturday, in Brooklyn.
