Zhu (17-4-0) is scheduled to face Dakota Bush (8-3-0) in a lightweight fight during the UFC's Sept. 18 event, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
The first matchup added to the Sept. 18 card, the Zhu-Bush bout features a pair of UFC newcomers who both lost in their promotional debuts earlier this spring. In the case of Zhu, he lost via unanimous decision to Rodrigo Vargas on April 24, ending a 10-fight winning streak for the 21-year-old.

Drops debut as hefty favorite

Zhurong lost to Kazula Vargas via unanimous decision (28-29, 26-30, 28-29) at UFC 261 on Saturday in Jacksonville.
ANALYSIS
Zhurong's UFC debut would result in the end of his 10-fight winning streak. While he was able to land some power shots in the later stages of the bout, Zhurong's offensive effectiveness throughout the fight was minimal, at best. He was able to shrug off a very deep guillotine attempt from Vargas in Round 1, but that was the highlight of his evening. Zhurong is one of the youngest fighters on the UFC roster having turned just 21 years of age last month, but there wasn't a heck of a lot to get excited about Saturday.
Set for UFC debut

Rong will square off against Kazula Vargas in his UFC debut April 24, Marcel Dorff of MMADNA reports.
ANALYSIS
Rong sports a 17-3-0 professional record and hasn't lost a match since January of 2018. He's finished the majority of his fights via KO/TKO and takes on a fighter in Vargas who has finished the majority of his victories in a similar fashion, so there should be a large chunk of haymakers thrown in each direction. Rong stands four inches taller than his opponent and also sports a one-inch reach advantage, so he will likely aim to keep his opponent at a distance.
