Weekly Rankings: Week 14 Value Meter

This article is part of our Weekly Rankings series.

Sunday Update Complete

No more bye weeks! Thursday game - NE at LAR.

Welcome to the Weekly Value Meter Rankings. This is a guide to help you decide who to start and sit in a given week. It's is not a season-long ranking nor a draft guide, and it's also not really intended as a free agent guide. While I appreciate that you want my opinion on pickups, every league is different, and your decision on whether to add/drop a particular player might also be dictated by other factors than who is rated higher in a given week.

Here are my operating assumptions for the rankings:

- The RB/WR/TE position rankings are for PPR leagues.
- The Flex rankings are for Standard leagues.
- 1 point per 10 rushing/receiving yards.
- 1 point per 20 passing yards.
- 4 points per passing touchdowns.

These are the rankings I use when I make my start/sit decisions. Please consult the rankings first before asking "Player X vs. Player Y?" without any other mitigating factors. Of course, I welcome debate - if you think I'm wrong, let me know. But please check out the rankings first before asking your start/sit question. This truly reflects my opinion in my leagues.

These are my particular rankings. If you want a second opinion elsewhere on the site, you can see our Weekly Projections.

Starting after Week 1, the rankings for the subsequent week will first post on Tuesday nights, roughly around 10:00 pm PT. I

Starting after Week 1, the rankings for the subsequent week will first post on Tuesday nights, roughly around 10:00 pm PT. I will then do a set of updates before kickoff on Thursday, and again before kickoff on Sunday morning. I will post at the top of the article in bold font when ranking updates are in progress and when they're complete.

I welcome debate on the rankings in the comments. Please keep it friendly.

Quarterbacks

1.Patrick Mahomes KC at MIA
2.*Russell Wilson SEA vs. NYJ
Note: Wilson once again had nearly no time to throw on many of his 43 attempts, and the Seahawks were shut out after the first drive until midway through the fourth quarter.
3.Aaron Rodgers GB at DET
4.Josh Allen BUF vs. PIT
5.*Lamar Jackson BAL at CLE
Note: Obviously this ranking is pretty volatile given that the Ravens play Tuesday night and Jackson came off the COVID-IR.
6.Tom Brady TB vs. MIN
7.Ryan Tannehill TEN at JAX
8.*Justin Herbert LAC vs. ATL
Note: Herbert's results had been getting steadily worse before he totally collapsed against the Pats. Theoretically Atlanta presents a good bounce back opportunity, but they've played much better defensively since the coaching change.
9.*Kyler Murray ARZ at NYG
Note: Murray still isn't running successfully yet, and the Giants present a pretty tough opponent.
10.*Deshaun Watson HOU at CHI
Note: Watson now might not have Brandin Cooks (concussion) available. ***Cooks (neck, foot) won't play.***
11.Kirk Cousins MIN at TB
12.*Ben Roethlisberger PIT at BUF
Note: Ben is getting there on volume lately - this marked the third game in a row with a YPA below 6.0. Of course, some of that is due to the Steelers pass catchers drops - eight on Monday.
13.*Matthew Stafford DET vs. GB
Note: ***Stafford (thumb) is officially listed as questionable but should play Sunday against the Packers.***
14.*Taysom Hill NO at PHI
Note: Hill threw his first two NFL touchdown passes in the win over the Falcons, but also fumbled three times, losing one. It's possible that Drew Brees will be ready to return this week - watch the practice reports carefully. Hill is expected to start again this week.
15.*Tua Tagovailoa MIA vs. KC
Note: Tua threw for 296 yards and a touchdown, but that was the only touchdown drive for Miami all day against a weak Bengals defense. Tagovailoa (thumb) was limited in Thursday's practice - which is similar to last week's practice routine. ***Tua was cleared from the injury list after a full practice on Friday.***
16.Derek Carr LV vs. IND
17.Mitchell Trubisky CHI vs. HOU
18.*Matt Ryan ATL at LAC
Note: ***No Julio Jones means No Matt Ryan for me.***
19.Jared Goff LA vs. NE
20.*Alex Smith WAS at SF
Note: Smith led the Football Team on a comeback win despite the Steelers taking away Terry McLaurin and Antonio Gibson leaving with an injury.
21.Andy Dalton DAL at CIN
22.*Philip Rivers IND at LV
Note: Rivers (toe) sat out practice Wednesday and returned to practice Thursday. ***Rivers was cleared from the injury list on Friday, but there's a chance he'll be without LT Anthony Castonzo (knee).***
23.*Teddy Bridgewater CAR vs. DEN
Note: Bridgewater is a tricky rank - he could be down both D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel, but he's also facing a Broncos secondary that just lost A.J. Bouye to suspension. And now he'll also be without CMC - I'm moving him down a few pegs.
24.Baker Mayfield CLE vs. BAL
25.*Daniel Jones NYG vs. ARI
Note: Jones (hamstring) had a limited practice Friday before sitting out against Seattle, and will be given 'every opportunity' to play in Week 14. The Giants hope to make a decision on Jones on Friday. He has had two limited practices so far. ***Jones is expected to start after all, following a good practice Friday.***
26.*Cam Newton NE at LAR
Note: Newton was limited for Monday's practice estimate with an abdominal issue. Newton is officially listed as questionable.
27.*Nick Mullens SF vs. WAS
Note: Mullens had good fantasy numbers, but had two big interceptions, including one near the Bills' goal line. He draws a tough opponent in Washington this week.
28.Drew Lock DEN at CAR
29.*Mike Glennon JAC vs. TEN
Note: Glennon will start again this week against the Titans. He threw two interceptions and lost a fumble in the loss to the Vikings.
30.Sam Darnold NYJ at SEA
31.*Jalen Hurts PHI vs. NO
Note: Hurts was named the starter over Carson Wentz this week. Alas, his opportunity comes against the Saints, behind a patchwork offensive line.
32.*Brandon Allen CIN vs. DAL
Note: Allen was ineffective for most of the game against the Dolphins, connecting on a short pass that Tyler Boyd turned into a 72-yard touchdown. He left late in the game with a chest injury. Allen had a full practice on Wednesday.
33.Colt McCoy NYG vs. ARI
34.*Drew Brees NO at PHI
Note: It's possible that Brees (ribs) could return this week. Brees has done more rehab work on the side rather than participate in a full practice, so it's likely that Hill will start instead again this week.
35.*Ryan Finley CIN vs. DAL
Note: Finley relieved an injured Brandon Allen late and was 6-of-7 for 40 yards and an interception.
36.*Carson Wentz PHI vs. NO
Note: Finally benched in favor of Jalen Hurts.

Running Backs

1.Derrick Henry TEN at JAX
2.Aaron Jones GB at DET
3.Austin Ekeler LAC vs. ATL
4.Nick Chubb CLE vs. BAL
5.Alvin Kamara NO at PHI
6.*Dalvin Cook MIN at TB
Note: Cook had nine targets against the Jaguars - which will have to be his path this week against the Bucs.
7.*James Robinson JAC vs. TEN
Note: Robinson (knee) was limited Wednesday and Thursday, but from all accounts he'll be a full go by Sunday. ***Robinson was limited in practice all week, but he's also clear of the injury list.***
8.*Chris Carson SEA vs. NYJ
Note: (Foot) Limited in practice Wednesday. ***Carson has been cleared from the injury list.***
9.David Montgomery CHI vs. HOU
10.*Ezekiel Elliott DAL at CIN
Note: Elliott was limited at Thursday's walk-through with a calf contusion - he says it is sore but he doesn't expect to be limited in the game on Sunday. ***Elliott is officially questionable, but is expected to play against the Bengals.***
11.*Jonathan Taylor IND at LV
Note: Taylor was really productive against Houston - 13 carries for 91 yards, and caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. The negative? Nyheim Hines vultured one touchdown and was given another carry near the goal on 4th-and-1 and got stuffed, running up the middle. Taylor has a positive matchup this week against the Raiders, who were gashed by Ty Johnson and Josh Adams.
12.Wayne Gallman NYG vs. ARI
13.*Ronald Jones TB vs. MIN
Note: Coach Bruce Arians said during the bye week that he wants Jones to get 20 touches a game, and reinforced that with similar talk this week. But ... Arians is a lying liar who lies, and has often benched Jones on a whim in the past. This theoretically is a good matchup, but it's hard to trust.
14.Melvin Gordon DEN at CAR
15.*Clyde Edwards-Helaire KC at MIA
Note: CEH was active but only on an emergency basis on Sunday night, leaving a lot of fantasy managers (including yours truly in a win-or-go-home game) with a bagel for the spot. Edwards-Helaire practiced fully Wednesday and should be good to go this week.
16.*Cam Akers LA vs. NE
Note: Akers emerged as the primary back in the win over Arizona - netting 52 snaps compared to 18 for Darrell Henderson and 13 for Malcolm Brown. But he was then listed as a non-participant in Monday's practice due to a shoulder issue. Full practice Wednesday, does not have an injury designation for Thursday's game.
17.J.K. Dobbins BAL at CLE
18.Miles Sanders PHI vs. NO
19.*Kenyan Drake ARZ at NYG
Note: Drake was limited in practice Thursday with a hip injury. ***Drake is listed as questionable but will play through the injury.***
20.*Todd Gurley ATL at LAC
Note: Gurley had a 'situational' role last week against the Saints, but should get more work this week against the Chargers. Gurley (knee) has been limited at practice both Wednesday and Thursday. ***Cleared from the injury report despite not practicing Friday.***
21.*James Conner PIT at BUF
Note: The Steelers are optimistic that Conner (COVID-IR) will return this week against the Bills.
22.*Damien Harris NE at LAR
Note: ***Harris (back) was forced out of Thursday's game in the fourth quarter.***
23.Raheem Mostert SF vs. WAS
24.*J.D. McKissic WAS at SF
Note: McKissic had 10 catches in the win over the Steelers, with most of his production coming in the second half. Gibson looks unlikely to play this week.
25.*Giovani Bernard CIN vs. DAL
Note: Joe Mixon (foot) has been ruled out again this week. Bernard has the starting role in a great matchup, but the Bengals' offense has been scuffling, Bernard included, lately.
26.*Mike Davis CAR vs. DEN
Note: Bumped up with Christian McCaffrey out again this week. Rodney Smith and Trenton Cannon might also be part of the mix.
27.*Duke Johnson HOU at CHI
Note: ***Duke is back as the starter, with David Johnson landing on the COVID-IR.***
28.*Josh Jacobs LV vs. IND
Note: Jacobs (ankle) is unlikely to be able to go this week against the Colts. Did not practice Wednesday, but did participate in a limited practice Thursday. ***Jacobs also had a limited practice Friday and is listed as questionable - there's now a chance that he plays. Sunday morning reports suggest that he's *likely* to play, but still will go through a pre-game workout.***
29.Adrian Peterson DET vs. GB
30.Kareem Hunt CLE vs. BAL
31.Nyheim Hines IND at LV
32.*Chase Edmonds ARZ at NYG
Note: Edmonds was moved up a couple of slots in the ranking after Kenyan Drake was limited with a hip injury Thursday.
33.Devin Singletary BUF vs. PIT
34.*Latavius Murray NO at PHI
Note: Murray was limited at practice Thursday with a knee injury. ***Murray was cleared from the injury report on Friday.***
35.Jamaal Williams GB at DET
36.*D'Andre Swift DET vs. GB
Note: (Illness) Swift has logged two limited practices this week - I wouldn't be surprised if his role is limited in his first game back. ***Swift had a full practice Friday, is officially listed as questionable, but is expected to start.***
37.Gus Edwards BAL at CLE
38.*DeAndre Washington MIA vs. KC
Note: ***Washington gets a turn as the Dolphins starter with Myles Gaskin testing positive for COVID-19. Patrick Laird also will factor in the picture, and Elijah McGuire was also promoted to the active roster.***
39.*Ty Johnson NYJ at SEA
Note: Johnson filled in well after Gore got hurt, rushing 22 times for 104 yards and a touchdown. He also had two catches for 13 yards on his only two targets. ***I moved Johnson down a few slots with Gore getting in a full practice Friday.***
40.*Devontae Booker LV vs. IND
Note: Booker was disappointing in his first game as a starter, but he'll likely get another chance this week. ***Josh Jacobs logged limited practices Thursday and Friday and is listed as questionable, putting in doubt whether Booker will get another start.***
41.*Darrell Henderson LA vs. NE
Note: Henderson briefly left with a knee injury but later returned and had a 38-yard touchdown that salted away the game in the fourth quarter. He was clear of the injury list Monday. Cam Akers was cleared from the injury list, and I'm guessing he'll get a similar snap share to last week.
42.James White NE at LAR
43.Phillip Lindsay DEN at CAR
44.Jeff Wilson SF vs. WAS
45.*Frank Gore NYJ at SEA
Note: Gore left in the first quarter with a concussion, and the combination of Ty Johnson and Josh Adams filled in well afterward. Gore had a limited practice Wednesday and the Jets talked about trying to get him back this weekend, but then he sat out Thursday's practice. ***Gore had a full practice Friday, but is still listed as questionable. That might be a function of him going through the various steps of the concussion protocol.***
46.*Le'Veon Bell KC at MIA
Note: Bell looked pretty slow out there against the Broncos, and probably won't get that much of a workload in future weeks.
47.Leonard Fournette TB vs. MIN
48.Alfred Morris NYG vs. ARI
49.*Zack Moss BUF vs. PIT
Note: Moss really struggled against the Niners, getting three carries for nine yards while fumbling on a botched handoff deep in Buffalo territory. After that, Devin Singletary got nearly all the RB work. Bills coach Sean McDermott said that Moss was limited after putting the ball on the ground against the Niners on Monday night. He isn't hurt.
50.Kalen Ballage LAC vs. ATL
51.*Benny Snell PIT at BUF
Note: Snell couldn't get untracked in the loss to the Football Team, as the Steelers largely abandoned the run.
52.*Kerryon Johnson DET vs. GB
Note: Johnson injured his knee in the fourth quarter of the win over the Bears. Johnson was a full participant in practice Thursday, preparing for his role as the ultimate Vulture Back.
53.*Josh Adams NYJ at SEA
Note: Adams took on the second back role for the Jets after Frank Gore got hurt, carrying eight times for 74 yards. Ty Johnson appears to be the lead back while Gore is out.
54.*Peyton Barber WAS at SF
Note: Barber should get any goal line carries that arise with Antonio Gibson unlikely to play.
55.Mark Ingram BAL at CLE
56.*Ito Smith ATL at LAC
Note: Smith was checked for a head injury late in the loss to the Saints. I haven't yet seen whether he's been judged to have a concussion or not. The injury has been classified as a neck injury and not a concussion. Still, Smith has been limited in practice so far this week. ***Smith had a full practice Friday and has been cleared from the injury report.***
57.Rodney Smith CAR vs. DEN
58.Patrick Laird MIA vs. KC
59.*Carlos Hyde SEA vs. NYJ
Note: Hyde (toe) was limited in practice Wednesday. ***Hyde was cleared from the injury list Friday.***
60.Anthony McFarland PIT at BUF
61.*Boston Scott PHI vs. NO
Note: Scott managed only two touches in the loss to the Packers, though he had another play which resulted in a decent gained called back due to penalty. He somehow has been bypassed by ... Jordan Howard? Howard by rule reverted back to the practice squad after the game, but there's a good chance he'll be active again this week.
62.Malcolm Brown LA vs. NE
63.Jalen Richard LV vs. IND
64.Brian Hill ATL at LAC
65.Jordan Wilkins IND at LV
66.*Joshua Kelley LAC vs. ATL
Note: Kelley injured his ankle in the fourth quarter of Sunday's blowout loss. (Foot) Did not practice Wednesday. ***Kelley was cleared to play on Friday, but he'll have more competition, with Justin Jackson, ballcarrier, activated from the IR.***
67.C.J. Prosise HOU at CHI
68.Ameer Abdullah MIN at TB
69.Justice Hill BAL at CLE
70.Tony Pollard DAL at CIN
71.Royce Freeman DEN at CAR
72.Dion Lewis NYG vs. ARI
73.Samaje Perine CIN vs. DAL
74.Tevin Coleman SF vs. WAS
75.Darrel Williams KC at MIA
76.Sony Michel NE at LAR
77.Trenton Cannon CAR vs. DEN
78.*Jerick McKinnon SF vs. WAS
Note: McKinnon's role disappeared in the loss to the Bills, even with the Niners passing most of the second half.
79.Jordan Howard at
80.*Antonio Gibson WAS at SF
Note: Gibson left Monday night's win with a toe injury and his status for this week's game against the Niners is uncertain. Gibson (toe) did not participate in practice Thursday, after the team was off on Wednesday. ***Gibson has officially been ruled out for this week.***
81.*Christian McCaffrey CAR vs. DEN
Note: Coach Matt Rhule said that he's hopeful that McCaffrey (shoulder) could return this week after the bye. I'm going to rank him as if he's playing. McCaffrey now also has a thigh injury to go along with his lingering AC joint sprain and is not expected to play this week.
82.*Alexander Mattison MIN at TB
Note: (Appendectomy) Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. ***Mattison has been ruled out again this week.***
83.*La'Mical Perine NYJ at SEA
Note: (Hamstring)
84.*Salvon Ahmed MIA vs. KC
Note: (Shoulder) Did not practice Wednesday nor Thursday. ***Ruled out on Friday.***
85.*David Johnson HOU at CHI
Note: Johnson had a 58 percent snap share against the Colts, and interim coach Romeo Crennel suggested that his role will increase this week. ***Johnson was placed on the COVID-IR list on Friday.***
86.*Matt Breida MIA vs. KC
Note: (COVID-IR)
87.*Myles Gaskin MIA vs. KC
Note: The Dolphins have managed Gaskin's reps this week to preserve his knee. ***Gaskin has tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss at least this week, maybe more.***

Wide Receivers

1.Davante Adams GB at DET
2.DK Metcalf SEA vs. NYJ
3.*Tyreek Hill KC at MIA
Note: Hill sat out practice Wednesday with a non-COVID illness, but practiced fully Thursday.
4.Adam Thielen MIN at TB
5.Keenan Allen LAC vs. ATL
6.*Michael Thomas NO at PHI
Note: Once again, Thomas had his practice reps capped Wednesday and Thursday.
7.Stefon Diggs BUF vs. PIT
8.Justin Jefferson MIN at TB
9.Calvin Ridley ATL at LAC
10.*Mike Evans TB vs. MIN
Note: Evans popped up on the injury report with a hamstring injury, and was held out of Thursday's practice. ***Evans was cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
11.*DeAndre Hopkins ARZ at NYG
Note: ***Listed as questionable with a neck injury, but should play.***
12.*A.J. Brown TEN at JAX
Note: Brown briefly left with an ankle injury on a non-contact play, but later returned. He also struggled with a drop and a fumble, one that was recovered by a teammate for a touchdown. Brown sat out practice both Wednesday and Thursday due to the ankle, and not due to his usual knee maintenance. ***Full practice Friday and cleared from the injury list.***
13.Tyler Lockett SEA vs. NYJ
14.*Allen Robinson CHI vs. HOU
Note: Robinson (knee) has been limited in practice so far this week. ***Cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
15.*Terry McLaurin WAS at SF
Note: Once Antonio Gibson got hurt, the Steelers focused their attention on stopping McLaurin, who thus ended up with only two catches for 14 yards. (Ankle) Full practice Thursday.
16.Robert Woods LA vs. NE
17.*Diontae Johnson PIT at BUF
Note: Johnson had eight catches for 71 yards and a touchdown Monday night, but also struggled with drops.
18.*DJ Chark JAC vs. TEN
Note: Chark only had two catches on seven targets, the misses appearing to be a function of Mike Glennon's shortcomings.
19.*Robby Anderson CAR vs. DEN
Note: ***DJ Moore remains out.***
20.*Chris Godwin TB vs. MIN
Note: Godwin missed practice Tuesday due to a minor follow-up procedure on his left index finger, removing the pins from it. Godwin had a full practice Thursday and will catch passes Friday - he's expected to be a full go for Sunday's game.
21.Corey Davis TEN at JAX
22.Cooper Kupp LA vs. NE
23.*Deebo Samuel SF vs. WAS
Note: The Niners seemingly waited too long to get Samuel involved in the offense in the Monday night loss. Samuel sat out practice Wednesday with a foot contusion, unrelated to the Jones fracture that kept him out at the start of the season. ***Samuel was cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
24.Amari Cooper DAL at CIN
25.JuJu Smith-Schuster PIT at BUF
26.Marvin Jones DET vs. GB
27.*Keke Coutee HOU at CHI
Note: Coutee was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice with a sore knee, but returned to a full practice Thursday. ***Coutee is listed as questionable but is expected to play, and it now appears that Brandin Cooks will not play.***
28.Jarvis Landry CLE vs. BAL
29.*Curtis Samuel CAR vs. DEN
Note: Samuel was placed on the COVID-IR list as a close contact on Monday - he still has a chance to play this week. If he plays and Moore does not, Samuel will go around 25 on my list this week. ***Cleared from the COVID-IR.***
30.*Tyler Boyd CIN vs. DAL
Note: Boyd had the decency of scoring on a 72-yard play before getting ejected on a ticky-tack call.
31.*Brandon Aiyuk SF vs. WAS
Note: Aiyuk had five catches on nine targets for 95 yards and a touchdown in the loss Monday night - he looks pretty exciting for the future.
32.*DeVante Parker MIA vs. KC
Note: Parker was ejected in the fourth quarter but won't be at risk of being suspended.
33.T.Y. Hilton IND at LV
34.*Breshad Perriman NYJ at SEA
Note: We got burned by Perriman last week, but Denzel Mims (personal) has been ruled out, so he should get more targets this week. ***(Shoulder) Full practice Friday.***
35.Michael Pittman IND at LV
36.*Chase Claypool PIT at BUF
Note: Claypool (illness) did not practice Thursday. ***Full practice Friday, cleared from the injury list.***
37.Cole Beasley BUF vs. PIT
38.Antonio Brown TB vs. MIN
39.*Allen Lazard GB at DET
Note: Lazard (core) has been limited in practice this week, but that appears to be the new routine for him. ***No injury designation this week.***
40.Marquise Brown BAL at CLE
41.Tim Patrick DEN at CAR
42.Nelson Agholor LV vs. IND
43.Sterling Shepard NYG vs. ARI
44.Mike Williams LAC vs. ATL
45.Jakobi Meyers NE at LAR
46.Rashard Higgins CLE vs. BAL
47.Gabriel Davis BUF vs. PIT
48.*Chad Hansen HOU at CHI
Note: Came off the practice squad to go for 101 yards on five catches. He reverted back to the practice squad by rule, but he's a really good bet to be active again against the Bears. ***It appears that Brandin Cooks will not play, so Hansen and Coutee both get a bump.***
49.Collin Johnson JAC vs. TEN
50.Sammy Watkins KC at MIA
51.Michael Gallup DAL at CIN
52.*Tee Higgins CIN vs. DAL
Note: Higgins appeared to injure his hamstring late in the loss to Miami. Limited practice Wednesday. ***Limited practice all week, listed as questionable, but is expected to play.***
53.Hunter Renfrow LV vs. IND
54.CeeDee Lamb DAL at CIN
55.Russell Gage ATL at LAC
56.*Christian Kirk ARZ at NYG
Note: As the Cardinals offense has struggled recently, Kirk's production has declined - 98 yards combined over the last four games.
57.*Jerry Jeudy DEN at CAR
Note: (Ankle) Full practice Thursday. ***Full practices Thursday and Friday.***
58.*Jalen Reagor PHI vs. NO
Note: Reagor might get a boost with Jalen Hurts at QB.
59.*Jamison Crowder NYJ at SEA
Note: Crowder (calf) was once again limited at practice Thursday. If Crowder can get cleared, he might have a pretty big target share with Denzel Mims (personal) ruled out. ***Did not practice Friday, in danger of not playing this week.***
60.*Willie Snead BAL at CLE
Note: Was not activated from the Ravens' COVID-IR list before Tuesday night's game. The Ravens activated Snead from the COVID-IR on Thursday.
61.*Laviska Shenault JAC vs. TEN
Note: Shenault has been limited with a thumb injury at practice this week. ***Cleared from the injury list.***
62.Brandon Zylstra CAR vs. DEN
63.Zach Pascal IND at LV
64.Anthony Miller CHI vs. HOU
65.Henry Ruggs LV vs. IND
66.Keelan Cole JAC vs. TEN

Note: Jeffery had only one official target despite the Eagles trailing most of the game against the Packers. (Calf) Limited Wednesday, full practice Thursday.
68.Damiere Byrd NE at LAR
69.Demarcus Robinson KC at MIA
70.Cam Sims WAS at SF
71.Marquez Valdes-Scantling GB at DET
72.*Danny Amendola DET vs. GB
Note: Amendola returned from his hip injury and had three catches for 62 yards.
73.James Washington PIT at BUF
74.*Kendrick Bourne SF vs. WAS
Note: Bourne had a touchdown overturned Monday night, with the ruling that he was inches from scoring.
75.Greg Ward PHI vs. NO
76.*Darnell Mooney CHI vs. HOU
Note: Mooney sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday due to personal reasons. ***Missed practice all week but still could play.***
77.*Larry Fitzgerald ARZ at NYG
Note: The Cardinals reinstated Fitzgerald from the COVID-IR on Tuesday. ***Could have a limited snap count.***
78.Steven Sims WAS at SF
79.KJ Hamler DEN at CAR
80.Emmanuel Sanders NO at PHI
81.*Travis Fulgham PHI vs. NO
Note: Fulgham had no catches and a bad drop in the loss to the Packers.

83.Golden Tate NYG vs. ARI
84.A.J. Green CIN vs. DAL
85.Isaiah Coulter HOU at CHI
86.Jalen Guyton LAC vs. ATL
87.Darius Slayton NYG vs. ARI
88.Mecole Hardman KC at MIA
89.Cordarrelle Patterson CHI vs. HOU
90.N'Keal Harry NE at LAR
91.*Jakeem Grant MIA vs. KC
Note: Grant is dealing with an undisclosed injury after getting 'banged up' on a flagrant hit on a punt return. Grant was limited in Wednesday's practice with a back injury.
92.*Brandin Cooks HOU at CHI
Note: Cooks was getting checked for a concussion late in the loss to the Colts, but later returned. Cooks was limited Wednesday and Thursday with foot and neck injuries. ***Unlikely to play, according to overnight reports from Ian Rapoport.***
93.*Julio Jones ATL at LAC
Note: Jones made it through Sunday's game with no apparent aggravation of his hamstring injury. Jones (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. ***Ruled out for this week.***
94.*DJ Moore CAR vs. DEN
Note: Moore was added to the COVID-IR list Monday, but he's also trying to rehab his ankle, and that is moving in the right direction. ***Will not play this week.***
95.*Kenny Golladay DET vs. GB
Note: (Hip) Did not practice Wednesday or Thursday. ***Officially ruled out again.***
96.*Denzel Mims NYJ at SEA
Note: Mims left the Jets this week to tend to a family matter in Texas and thus is ineligible to play this week.
97.Olamide Zaccheaus ATL at LAC
98.*KhaDarel Hodge CLE vs. BAL
Note: Sat out practice Thursday with a hamstring injury, and missed last week's game with the injury. ***Ruled out this week.***
99.*Adam Humphries TEN at JAX
Note: Humphries was moved back to the IR for the rest of the season due to the concussion he suffered earlier this season.

Tight Ends

1.Travis Kelce KC at MIA
2.Darren Waller LV vs. IND
3.*Mark Andrews BAL at CLE
Note: (COVID-IR) The Ravens activated Andrews on Wednesday.
4.T.J. Hockenson DET vs. GB
5.*Evan Engram NYG vs. ARI
Note: Engram had another drop leading to an interception in the win over the Seahawks. He's alternately so talented that the Giants have to involve him, yet so frustrating each week.
6.Robert Tonyan GB at DET
7.Dallas Goedert PHI vs. NO
8.Noah Fant DEN at CAR
9.Mike Gesicki MIA vs. KC
10.Rob Gronkowski TB vs. MIN
11.*Logan Thomas WAS at SF
Note: Thomas was a huge difference-maker in the win over the Steelers on Monday night, catching nine targets for 98 yards and a touchdown.
12.*Eric Ebron PIT at BUF
Note: Ebron had 11 targets, ending up with seven catches for 68 yards. Alas, he also had three drops, including one in the end zone.

19.Zach Ertz PHI vs. NO
20.*Dawson Knox BUF vs. PIT
Note: Nearly scored twice from close in the red zone.
21.Tyler Higbee LA vs. NE
22.*Jonnu Smith TEN at JAX
Note: (Knee) Smith had a full practice Thursday.
23.*Hayden Hurst ATL at LAC
Note: Hurst had limited practices Wednesday and Thursday. ***Limited again Friday but then cleared from the injury list.***

Note: ***Sustained a neck injury in practice Thursday but it's not expected to be serious.***
25.Jordan Akins HOU at CHI
26.Gerald Everett LA vs. NE
27.*Anthony Firkser TEN at JAX
Note: Jonnu Smith (knee) had a full practice Thursday, suggesting that he'll be back, relegating Firsker to a reserve role.
28.Will Dissly SEA vs. NYJ
29.Luke Willson BAL at CLE
30.*Irv Smith MIN at TB
Note: Smith (back) returned to practice Thursday with a limited practice. ***Expected to play, while Kyle Rudolph is not.***
31.Richard Rodgers PHI vs. NO
32.Chris Herndon NYJ at SEA
33.Jimmy Graham CHI vs. HOU
34.Jack Doyle IND at LV
35.Drew Sample CIN vs. DAL
36.Ross Dwelley SF vs. WAS
37.Cole Kmet CHI vs. HOU
38.Darren Fells HOU at CHI
39.*Devin Asiasi NE at LAR
Note: Asiasi came off the IR on Thursday, replacing Ryan Izzo.
40.*Dalton Keene NE at LAR
Note: Keene could get more snaps and targets with Ryan Izzo going on IR.
41.Adam Trautman NO at PHI
42.Jacob Hollister SEA vs. NYJ
43.Mo Alie-Cox IND at LV
44.Tyler Kroft BUF vs. PIT
45.*Tyler Eifert JAC vs. TEN
Note: Eifert (shoulder) sat out practice Wednesday and upgraded to a limited practice Thursday. ***Listed as questionable.***
46.*Kyle Rudolph MIN at TB
Note: Rudolph sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury. ***Listed as doubtful.***
47.*George Kittle SF vs. WAS
48.*Ryan Izzo NE at LAR
Note: Izzo was limited at Tuesday's practice with neck, hamstring and hand issues. Izzo (neck) landed on IR on Thursday.

Flex (RB/WR/TE)

1.Davante Adams GB at DET
2.Derrick Henry TEN at JAX
3.DK Metcalf SEA vs. NYJ
4.*Tyreek Hill KC at MIA
Note: Hill sat out practice Wednesday with a non-COVID illness, but practiced fully Thursday.
5.Aaron Jones GB at DET
6.Travis Kelce KC at MIA
7.Adam Thielen MIN at TB
8.Keenan Allen LAC vs. ATL
9.Nick Chubb CLE vs. BAL
10.Alvin Kamara NO at PHI
11.*Dalvin Cook MIN at TB
Note: Cook had nine targets against the Jaguars - which will have to be his path this week against the Bucs.
12.*James Robinson JAC vs. TEN
Note: Robinson (knee) was limited Wednesday and Thursday, but from all accounts he'll be a full go by Sunday. ***Robinson was limited in practice all week, but he's also clear of the injury list.***
14.*Michael Thomas NO at PHI
Note: Once again, Thomas had his practice reps capped Wednesday and Thursday.
15.Stefon Diggs BUF vs. PIT
16.Austin Ekeler LAC vs. ATL
17.*Mike Evans TB vs. MIN
Note: Evans popped up on the injury report with a hamstring injury, and was held out of Thursday's practice. ***Evans was cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
18.*DeAndre Hopkins ARZ at NYG
Note: ***Listed as questionable with a neck injury, but should play.***
19.Justin Jefferson MIN at TB
20.*Chris Carson SEA vs. NYJ
Note: (Foot) Limited in practice Wednesday. ***Carson has been cleared from the injury list.***
21.David Montgomery CHI vs. HOU
22.*Jonathan Taylor IND at LV
Note: Taylor was really productive against Houston - 13 carries for 91 yards, and caught three passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. The negative? Nyheim Hines vultured one touchdown and was given another carry near the goal on 4th-and-1 and got stuffed, running up the middle. Taylor has a positive matchup this week against the Raiders, who were gashed by Ty Johnson and Josh Adams.
23.*Ezekiel Elliott DAL at CIN
Note: Elliott was limited at Thursday's walk-through with a calf contusion - he says it is sore but he doesn't expect to be limited in the game on Sunday. ***Elliott is officially questionable, but is expected to play against the Bengals.***
24.Wayne Gallman NYG vs. ARI
25.*Allen Robinson CHI vs. HOU
Note: Robinson (knee) has been limited in practice so far this week. ***Cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
26.Robert Woods LA vs. NE
27.Calvin Ridley ATL at LAC
28.*Terry McLaurin WAS at SF
Note: Once Antonio Gibson got hurt, the Steelers focused their attention on stopping McLaurin, who thus ended up with only two catches for 14 yards. (Ankle) Full practice Thursday.
29.Tyler Lockett SEA vs. NYJ
30.Darren Waller LV vs. IND
31.T.J. Hockenson DET vs. GB
32.Miles Sanders PHI vs. NO
33.J.K. Dobbins BAL at CLE
34.*Kenyan Drake ARZ at NYG
Note: Drake was limited in practice Thursday with a hip injury. ***Drake is listed as questionable but will play through the injury.***
35.*Ronald Jones TB vs.
36.*Diontae Johnson PIT at BUF
Note: Johnson had eight catches for 71 yards and a touchdown Monday night, but also struggled with drops.
37.*DJ Chark JAC vs. TEN
Note: Chark only had two catches on seven targets, the misses appearing to be a function of Mike Glennon's shortcomings.
38.*Robby Anderson CAR vs. DEN
Note: ***DJ Moore remains out.***
39.*Chris Godwin TB vs. MIN
Note: Godwin missed practice Tuesday due to a minor follow-up procedure on his left index finger, removing the pins from it. Godwin had a full practice Thursday and will catch passes Friday - he's expected to be a full go for Sunday's game.
40.Corey Davis TEN at JAX
41.Cooper Kupp LA vs. NE
42.*Cam Akers LA vs.
43.*James Conner PIT at BUF
Note: The Steelers are optimistic that Conner (COVID-IR) will return this week against the Bills.
44.Melvin Gordon DEN at CAR
45.*Todd Gurley ATL at LAC
Note: Gurley had a 'situational' role last week against the Saints, but should get more work this week against the Chargers. Gurley (knee) has been limited at practice both Wednesday and Thursday. ***Cleared from the injury report despite not practicing Friday.***
46.Raheem Mostert SF vs. WAS
47.*Damien Harris NE at LAR
Note: ***Harris (back) was forced out of Thursday's game in the fourth quarter.***
48.*Clyde Edwards-Helaire KC at MIA
Note: CEH was active but only on an emergency basis on Sunday night, leaving a lot of fantasy managers (including yours truly in a win-or-go-home game) with a bagel for the spot. Edwards-Helaire practiced fully Wednesday and should be good to go this week.
49.*Deebo Samuel SF vs. WAS
Note: The Niners seemingly waited too long to get Samuel involved in the offense in the Monday night loss. Samuel sat out practice Wednesday with a foot contusion, unrelated to the Jones fracture that kept him out at the start of the season. ***Samuel was cleared from the injury list on Friday.***
50.Amari Cooper DAL at CIN
51.JuJu Smith-Schuster PIT at BUF
52.Marvin Jones DET vs. GB
53.Jarvis Landry CLE vs. BAL
54.*Mike Davis CAR vs. DEN
Note: Bumped up with Christian McCaffrey out again this week. Rodney Smith and Trenton Cannon might also be part of the mix.
55.*Giovani Bernard CIN vs. DAL
Note: Joe Mixon (foot) has been ruled out again this week. Bernard has the starting role in a great matchup, but the Bengals' offense has been scuffling, Bernard included, lately.
56.*Duke Johnson HOU at CHI
Note: ***Duke is back as the starter, with David Johnson landing on the COVID-IR.***
57.*Josh Jacobs LV vs.
58.Kareem Hunt CLE vs. BAL
59.*Tyler Boyd CIN vs. DAL
Note: Boyd had the decency of scoring on a 72-yard play before getting ejected on a ticky-tack call.
60.T.Y. Hilton IND at LV
61.*Chase Claypool PIT at BUF
Note: Claypool (illness) did not practice Thursday. ***Full practice Friday, cleared from the injury list.***
62.*Brandon Aiyuk SF vs. WAS
Note: Aiyuk had five catches on nine targets for 95 yards and a touchdown in the loss Monday night - he looks pretty exciting for the future.
63.Michael Pittman IND at LV
64.Adrian Peterson DET vs. GB
65.*Ty Johnson NYJ at SEA
Note: Johnson filled in well after Gore got hurt, rushing 22 times for 104 yards and a touchdown. He also had two catches for 13 yards on his only two targets. ***I moved Johnson down a few slots with Gore getting in a full practice Friday.***
66.*DeVante Parker MIA vs. KC
Note: Parker was ejected in the fourth quarter but won't be at risk of being suspended.
67.*Keke Coutee HOU at CHI
Note: Coutee was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice with a sore knee, but returned to a full practice Thursday. ***Coutee is listed as questionable but is expected to play, and it now appears that Brandin Cooks will not play.***
68.*Allen Lazard GB at DET
Note: Lazard (core) has been limited in practice this week, but that appears to be the new routine for him. ***No injury designation this week.***
69.Marquise Brown BAL at CLE
70.*J.D. McKissic WAS at SF
Note: McKissic had 10 catches in the win over the Steelers, with most of his production coming in the second half. Gibson looks unlikely to play this week.
71.*Breshad Perriman NYJ at SEA
Note: We got burned by Perriman last week, but Denzel Mims (personal) has been ruled out, so he should get more targets this week. ***(Shoulder) Full practice Friday.***
72.Devin Singletary BUF vs. PIT
73.*Evan Engram NYG vs. ARI
Note: Engram had another drop leading to an interception in the win over the Seahawks. He's alternately so talented that the Giants have to involve him, yet so frustrating each week.
74.Robert Tonyan GB at DET
75.Noah Fant DEN at CAR
76.Tim Patrick DEN at CAR
77.Cole Beasley BUF vs. PIT
78.Antonio Brown TB vs. MIN
79.Nelson Agholor LV vs. IND
80.*Chase Edmonds ARZ at NYG
Note: Edmonds was moved up a couple of slots in the ranking after Kenyan Drake was limited with a hip injury Thursday.
81.*DeAndre Washington MIA vs. KC
Note: ***Washington gets a turn as the Dolphins starter with Myles Gaskin testing positive for COVID-19. Patrick Laird also will factor in the picture, and Elijah McGuire was also promoted to the active roster.***
82.James White NE at LAR
83.*Latavius Murray NO at PHI
Note: Murray was limited at practice Thursday with a knee injury. ***Murray was cleared from the injury report on Friday.***
84.Sterling Shepard NYG vs. ARI
85.Mike Williams LAC vs. ATL
86.*Devontae Booker LV vs. IND
Note: Booker was disappointing in his first game as a starter, but he'll likely get another chance this week. ***Josh Jacobs logged limited practices Thursday and Friday and is listed as questionable, putting in doubt whether Booker will get another start.***

Kickers

1.*Younghoe Koo ATL at LAC
Note: Becoming automatic - three more field goals made, and he's now made 24 in a row, and is 7-for-7 on 50-plus-yard attempts.
2.Jason Sanders MIA vs. KC
3.Justin Tucker BAL at CLE
4.Harrison Butker KC at MIA
5.Stephen Gostkowski TEN at JAX
6.Rodrigo Blankenship IND at LV
7.Jason Myers SEA vs. NYJ
8.Daniel Carlson LV vs. IND
9.*Wil Lutz NO at PHI
Note: Lutz looked hurt after a missed field goal attempt, but finished the game. Watch for updates during the week.
10.Graham Gano NYG vs. ARI
11.*Nick Folk NE at LAR
Note: Once again listed on the injury report with a back injury.
12.Greg Zuerlein DAL at CIN
13.Tyler Bass BUF vs. PIT
14.Cody Parkey CLE vs. BAL
15.Ka'imi Fairbairn HOU at CHI
16.Ryan Succop TB vs. MIN
17.Mason Crosby GB at DET
18.Brandon McManus DEN at CAR
19.Joey Slye CAR vs. DEN
20.Robbie Gould SF vs. WAS
21.Matt Prater DET vs. GB
22.*Chris Boswell PIT at BUF
Note: Boswell (hip) was inactive Monday night - we'll circle back on his status and rank at the end of the week. Full practice on Thursday.
23.*Matt Gay LA vs. NE
Note: Gay was listed as questionable with a shoulder injury, and the Rams elevated Austin MacGinnis from their practice squad, which suggests that Gay won't kick this week.
24.*Michael Badgley LAC vs. ATL
Note: It's been a nightmare season for Badgley, who had a field goal attempt blocked and returned for a touchdown, and missed another attempt on the Chargers' first drive.
25.*Aldrick Rosas JAC vs. TEN
Note: ***Replacing Chase McLaughlin as the Jaguars' kicker.***
26.*Dan Bailey MIN at TB
Note: Missed two of his three extra point attempts, and a potential game-winning field goal from 51 yards out.
27.*Mike Nugent ARZ at NYG
Note: ***Replacing Zane Gonzalez this week.***
28.Dustin Hopkins WAS at SF
29.*Jake Elliott PHI vs. NO
Note: Missed another extra point in the loss to the Packers.
30.Cairo Santos CHI vs. HOU
31.Sergio Castillo NYJ at SEA
32.Randy Bullock CIN vs. DAL
33.*Austin MacGinnis LA vs. NE
Note: The Rams elevated MacGinnis from their practice squad before Thursday night's game, suggesting that he'll replace Matt Gay (shoulder) this week.
34.*Zane Gonzalez ARZ at NYG
Note: Missed yet another field goal attempt, this time from 48 yards, just before halftime. He'll keep his job, but he's only 16-of-22 on field goals this year, with many of those misses being high-leverage misses. ***Ruled out with a back injury.***
35.*Chase McLaughlin at
Note: Missed a PAT in the overtime loss to the Vikings. ***Cut by the Jaguars.***
36.*Matthew Wright at
Note: Wright made his lone field goal attempt in relief of Chris Boswell (hip), and automatically reverted back to the practice squad.

Defenses

1.New Orleans Saints at PHI
2.Los Angeles Rams vs. NE
3.Kansas City Chiefs at MIA
4.*Seattle Seahawks vs. NYJ
Note: The Jets were actually competent on offense last week, but this should still be a good spot.
5.*Dallas Cowboys at CIN
Note: Do we dare stream the Cowboys? If there was ever a week to do it, it's this one against the Bengals, who are utterly impotent on offense.
6.Washington Football Team at SF
7.Buffalo Bills vs. PIT
8.*Tennessee Titans at JAX
Note: There's a continuing theme this week - the best streaming options are all bad defenses (DAL, SEA, CAR, HOU and TEN). Mike Glennon was a bit of a turnover machine against Minnesota last week, though.
9.New York Giants vs. ARI
10.Pittsburgh Steelers at BUF
11.Baltimore Ravens at CLE
12.Indianapolis Colts at LV
13.New England Patriots at LAR
14.Arizona Cardinals at NYG

28.Miami Dolphins vs. KC
29.Las Vegas Raiders vs. IND
30.New York Jets at SEA
31.Detroit Lions vs. GB
32.Jacksonville Jaguars vs. TEN
