This is going to be an exciting game to watch, as I have been touting how good Poome has been since joining 100T while supporting a great carry in CodySun. Poome's game knowledge, mechanics and team fight set ups have been good in the early game. The big thing with 100T lies in their mid game, where they will be up a certain amount of gold and then play back for the other team to scale. That is what TL like to do, and we saw against EG how good Impact was on weakside to mitigate the early game deficit from Huni. TL's stats show they have the second-best early game, and mid-game rating right behind C9. They also have the second-best gold lead difference after 15 minutes at 1,176 plus a 73 percent first turret. TL should pick up the win here, as Jensen and CoreJJ have been playing some of their best League of Legends in a while.

FLY vs. C9
C9 are on a two-game losing streak, dropping to 100T and EG, and in both games they conceded early dragons and were then forced to fight in the dragon pit with no vision priority. This is very uncharacteristic of C9, as they are second in the league for first dragon and the best for dragon control. FLY has also been on a weird slump, and they brought back Wildturtle and were able to beat TSM through a slow macro game. FlyQuest can win this game if C9 opt to play any type of macro because C9 are a good team fighting team. However, in North America where the objectives are more important, it is hard for them to come back from losing major buffs. If we get the real C9 that play clean League of Legends, that sets up vision and play towards their win condition, and this should be a smash spot for C9 and a bloody one.

CLG vs. IMT
Immortals are playing some good League of Legends, but they cant close out games. Immortals and CLG are the same type of team in that they try and play early but get behind and then somehow claw back some gold in the mid-to-late to make a solid push for the win. In this matchup, I'm going to have to lean CLG because they have some of the better macro stats than Immortals and their bot lane, which has been criticized, has been solid all split. Pobelter has been underwhelming this split, and Wiggly has been a wild card, but their upside is greater than what Xmithie and Insanity can pull off. I don't think this is a high-scoring game, as both average around 35 minutes of game time and are near the bottom of the league in combined kills per minute.
Prediction: CLG Win
GG vs. DIG
Dignitas brought back Viper into the lineup and a lot of people criticized this because of how poor he has been performing in the LCS. One way to look at it is that bringing in Dardoch and Fenix made Dignitas a more uptempo team and that's how Viper likes to play. Lourlo is a solid top laner, but when it comes to top side play-style this was the correct call and they won their game against CLG pretty convincingly. GG also won their matchup, but it was a close one against Immortals, who were able to stall out to almost come back and beat GG. GG's early game is the third-best in the league as Closer loves to roam to give first blood to his lane that he is ganking. With that said, I believe DIG has a better early game and is able to match GG early game since both teams like to play through top side. Both FBI and Johnsun are solid players but Aphromoo is the biggest key into winning this game. A veteran who has been up and down the last two years is finally playing like he was on the CLG Worlds team. As long as Aphromoo is playing well, their bot lane should win their lane and be huge later for team fights.
