Bucks Hold On To Win Game 7 In Brooklyn
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the host Brooklyn Nets, 115-111, in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals at Barclays Center on Saturday evening.

The Nets got out to a strong start at home with a, 28-25, lead after one quarter. The Bucks kept it close, but the Nets pushed their lead to six, heading into halftime. The Bucks came out much stronger in the third quarter and poured in 35 points to rally to a one point lead heading into the fourth quarter. The contest heated up in the fourth, where the Bucks held the edge down the stretch, until Kevin Durant hit a long-distance two, to tie the game at 109, and force overtime. The Nets kept the momentum and scored the first bucket in extra time, but they would not score another, as the Bucks were able to grind out one extra basket, before a couple of last-second freethrows to seal the deal and punch their ticket to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 40 points, 13 rebounds, five assists and a block, in 50 minutes. Khris Middleton followed up with 23 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and five steals, while Jrue Holiday tallied 13 points, eight assists and seven rebounds. The Bucks shot 44 percent from the field, including 15-of-36 from long range.

Meanwhile, Kevin Durant let the Nets with 48 points, nine rebounds, six assists, a block and a steal, in 53 minutes. James Harden followed up with 22 points, nine rebounds, nine assists, a steal and a block, while Blake Griffin totaled 17 points, 11 rebounds and three assists. The Nets shot 46 percent from the field, including 12-of-39 from long range.
