Logs 28 disposals in loss
MGold Coast Suns
August 21, 2021
Anderson recorded 28 disposals (16 kicks, 12 handballs) and made five marks during Saturday's 136-49 loss to Sydney in Round 23.
ANALYSIS
Anderson finishes out his season in good shape after an inconsistent stretch between May in July. Overall, his average of 22.6 disposals per game in 2021 is definitely something to work with as the Suns get healthier.

Close to return
MGold Coast Suns
Hand
July 13, 2021
Anderson (fractured hand) is listed as a test to return in Round 18 against the Western Bulldogs.
ANALYSIS
Anderson hasn't played in a couple of weeks after undergoing surgery and should be back by next week at the latest. At his best, Anderson can easily top 30 disposals in a game and could be up to the task for replacing the lost production from Hugh Greenwood (knee), who's now out for the season.

Hand
June 30, 2021
Anderson has suffered a fractured hand and will need to undergo surgery, Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull announced Wednesday.
ANALYSIS
Anderson had logged 30 disposals in Round 15 against Port Adelaide but is now likely to miss multiple weeks while his hand recovers. It's not clear how long he'll be out just yet, though he's another important player to suffer a semi-serious injury this season.
Strong in win
MGold Coast Suns
March 27, 2021
Anderson recorded 35 disposals (21 kicks, 14 handballs) and made nine marks in addition to scoring one behind during Saturday's 98-39 win over North Melbourne.
ANALYSIS
Anderson was the brightest of the bunch and led the match in disposals in which three other Suns also topped 30. Like most of his teammates, watch for matchups against worst teams to see when Anderson could perform at his best, as the improvement from Round 1 to 2 was certainly helped by facing the Kangaroos.
Finishes season well
MGold Coast Suns
September 20, 2020
Anderson collected 25 disposals (16 kicks, nine handballs) and made four clearances during Sunday's 108-57 loss to Hawthorn.
ANALYSIS
Anderson was one of the few rising stars to survive the season without succumbing to injury. He logged at least 23 disposals in three of the last four matches and is one to watch as he develops and as Matthew Rowell returns from a shoulder injury next season.
Los 26 disposals in loss
MGold Coast Suns
August 18, 2020
Anderson scored one behind and added 26 disposals (11 kicks, 15 handballs) while also making four marks during Monday's 53-32 loss to Richmond.
ANALYSIS
Anderson was one of the few Suns players to step up even as their mistakes became harder to overcome. It was his first time all season logging more than 20 disposals and could be a good sign of things to come for Anderson's career as he gets older.
