FEssendon Bombers
August 15, 2021
Stringer totaled 19 disposals, four marks, four clearances and a single behind and tackle each to go along with five majors Sunday as Essendon knocked off Gold Coast 98-30 at GMHBA Stadium.
ANALYSIS
Stringer set season-highs for both goals and rebound 50s (2) and finished with 90+ fantasy points for the third time in six showings on Saturday. The AFL's No. 13 in majors per appearance (2.2) prepares for a Round 23 match-up with Collingwood now sporting a 79.5 point-per-game average as the Bombers' No. 8 in fantasy scoring.

Signs three-year contract extension
FEssendon Bombers
July 20, 2021
Stringer signed a three-year contract extension with Essendon on Wednesday, per The Age.
ANALYSIS
Stringer will be with the Bombers through the 2024 season. He's put in his best performances of the season lately, scoring at least 84 fantasy points in each of the last five matches and topping the century mark twice in that span.
Scores three in loss
FEssendon Bombers
July 2, 2021
Stringer scored three goals and one behind to go with 25 disposals (14 kicks, 11 handballs) from Friday's 98-57 loss to Geelong in Round 16.
ANALYSIS
Stringer is another Bomber in top form as he's scored eight goals and scored at least 97 fantasy points in three straight games. Given his high level of involvement in possession as well, Stringer offers excellent value from someone who's usually more focused on scoring goals than getting touches.
Runs show in win
FEssendon Bombers
June 20, 2021
Stringer scored four goals and one behind to go with 29 disposals (17 kicks, 12 handballs) and made seven tackles during Sunday's 86-73 win over Hawthorn in Round 14.
ANALYSIS
Stringer took over the game from start to finish as other stars like Darcy Parish didn't have as much influence against the Hawks. For the most part, Stringer hasn't even come close to the possession or ball-winning numbers that he did in this game, so his value going forward will be heavily determined by how he's used after this.

Stringer (hamstring) is listed as a test ahead of Round 11 against West Coast, according to Head of high performance Sean Murphy.
ANALYSIS
Stringer will play if he gets through training before a long flight west and make a quick return after missing over two weeks with a hamstring injury. He's already scored 12 goals and seven behinds in six games this season.

Hamstring
May 11, 2021
Stringer (hamstring) is expected to miss three to four weeks with a hamstring injury, according to GM Josh Mahoney.
ANALYSIS
Stringer subbed out early in the Round 8 game against GWS and this news is a good indicator of how long he'll be out. Though not one to put up huge numbers, Stringer was a reliable pickup who scored between 77 and 87 fantasy points in all but one of his first five appearances this season.
