Dahlhaus (groin) will be available for selection in Round 1 against Geelong, according to the AFL's official website.

Dahlhaus was out for the Community Series match at the beginning of March but has since regained his fitness and is able to play. While not a top-end midfielder, Dahlhaus did score seven goals last season and log 13.5 disposals per match.

Dahlhaus is expected to miss Saturday's Community Series match against Essendon due to a groin injury, according to Mitch Cleary of AFL.com.
ANALYSIS
Dahlhaus wasn't overly impressive in 2020 but he still averaged 13.5 disposals per game and someone else will need to pick up the slack if he can't play. Fortunately, it looks like Dahlhaus will be ready to play in Round 1against Adelaide unless something sets him back in his recovery.

August 18, 2020
Dahlhaus (foot) returned to action in a scratch match Saturday versus the Suns, David McPherson of the Cats' official site reports.
ANALYSIS
Dahlhaus' return came much earlier than anticipated, and he was able to play a half of football versus Gold Coast without any problems. He should be in the mix for the AFL side in short order if he can avoid setbacks.

July 23, 2020
Coach Chris Scott expects Dahlhaus to miss "a period of weeks" due to a foot injury, David McPherson of Geelong's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
"It's medium term, it'd not a matter of him being back in a couple of weeks," Scott said, "he'll be a little bit longer than that." As such, the midfielder can be expected to miss multiple rounds. In seven appearances this season, he's averaged 13 disposals, 5.1 kicks and 2.9 marks.

Dahlhaus (concussion) is in the lineup ahead of Sunday's match against the Demons.
ANALYSIS
Dahlhaus appeared to be in good form this week after leaving prematurely last Saturday due to a concussion. He played a minimal role in that contest because of it but supplied a combined three gold and 31 disposals in the two prior rounds.
